No code skills needed! You just have to install our app on your Shopify store, connect your Airtable account and then click on a button "Generate base". We then create an Airtable-synced base in your Airtable workspace.
This sync base contains all your store data (Draft Orders included), every change made in Shopify reflects instantly in this base.

Yes. When we generate your Airtable synced base, we create a separate “Draft Orders” tab. In this tab you will get data for each line item (custom items, variant, quantity, tax, customers information...) and you will be able to manage it in Airtable.
As soon as a draft order is created in your store, SyncBase pushes all the data to your Airtable synced base within seconds.
When a Draft Order is completed (paid or marked as paid), it becomes a standard "Order" in Shopify. SyncBase will automatically sync this to your "Orders" table, ensuring your records are always accurate across both stages.
