How do I sync my data?

No code skills needed! You just have to install our app on your Shopify store, connect your Airtable account, select which data you want to sync (Products, Orders, Metafields, Content...) and choose if you prefer this data to be sync into a brand new Airtable base or an existing one.

Once done, this data is fully connected to your store, every change made in Shopify or Airtable reflects to the other tool.

How fast is the synchronization?

How can I create custom tools?

That's the reason why Airtable is magic. As you get all your store data in real time inside an Airtable base you can then create custom tools such as orders tracking, pricing management interface, PIM, ERP...

We have an internal Studio with Airtable expert. So you can ask us any time help to create for you tools tailored to your needs.

Is there a data sync limit (products, orders...)?

We set data sync limits for each kind of data (products, orders, customers...) in every plan. Why are we doing that? Because every synchronization requires server ressources. It's as simple as that.
