How much does it cost?

Pricing is project-based, so you know exactly how much it will cost.

To give you an idea, small projects start under 1,000 USD and the biggest can be 10K USD or more.

Please note that you also need an active SyncBase App subscription to use the tools we build for you.

How can I get a quote?

To receive a full proposal (pricing, timing, conditions...) you just need to meet with one of our in-house experts.

After this meeting, you will receive your quote within 2 to 3 days.

Can you build tools connected to multiple Shopify stores?

Yes, we can. SyncBase supports multi-store setups, and we can craft tools and workflows that pull data from several stores at once. Everything stays fully synced and easy to manage in one place.

Can you help me define the workflows I need?

Absolutely. Many merchants come to us without a fully defined workflow. Our team helps you clarify your needs, map your processes, and simplify them when needed so we can craft the most efficient tool for your store.

Do I need to know Airtable?

No, you don’t need to be an Airtable expert. We design super simple interfaces that require zero technical skills. Everything is built so you and your team can use the tool right away without any learning curve.

Do you offer training for my team?

Yes! By default, every project includes a meeting where we present the tool and show exactly how it works. If you need additional training sessions for your team, we can provide them as well.

Can I work with SyncBase Studio without using SyncBase App?

Due to high demand, our Studio is available exclusively for SyncBase App users. You can, of course, reach out to us before installing the app if you’d like to discuss your project.

Do you offer maintenance?

Yes, we do.

If you need an expert to debug, improve, or recover your workflows after a mistake, we offer flexible maintenance plans.

You can subscribe to monthly maintenance or simply contact us later if you need improvements.

How fast can you craft my tailor-made tool?

Once the project starts, we usually deliver within 7 days.

Timelines depend on your needs and responsiveness (the faster you reply to our questions, the faster we ship!).
